Learn the basics of crochet: making a chain, single, double and treble crochet, and lots more. You’ll be on your way to crocheting beautiful blankets and garments!

Project Crocheting with Mara: $95

Bring your project-in-progress or let Mara help you select and work on a new project. Learn lots of tips and tricks to add to your crochet repertoire.

Fixing Mistakes: $45

Learn how to pick up dropped stitches, un-knit, rip out knitting and put the work back on the needles correctly, “read” your knitting and diagnose problem, and all those techniques needed to let you knit without fear of making mistakes!

Intro to Lace Knitting: $45

From a simple lace scarf to an heirloom shawl, knitted lace consists of a series of increases and decreases to create holes…on purpose! In this introductory workshop, you’ll learn the basics to enable you to follow simple lace patterns and create stunning accessories.

Intro to Tunisian Crochet: $45

Check out the latest craze in needlework! This ancient technique is simple and versatile, and very much in vogue. Adele will show you the basics and get you started.

Back to School Afghan: FREE (with minimum purchase of $100 of yarn for your afghan)

Send your son or daughter off to school with a handmade afghan to remind him/her of home during midterms. Start in May and you’ll have plenty of time to finish! Students will choose their yarns, and receive both instruction and moral support every other week until August 3. Purchase of afghan booklet is required ($12.00).
